Eddie Bobbitt is a Post-Secondary Counselor for New Albany Floyd County Schools and an adjunct professor for the School of Urban and Public Affairs at the University of Louisville. Eddie earned a Bachelors in Sports Administration and Masters’ degrees in Higher Education Administration and Counseling. He has worked as a counselor since 2008 at the secondary and post-secondary levels. When not working with students, he serves as the Executive Director for Camp Quality Kentuckiana—an organization that provides a summer camping experience and year-round support for children with cancer.

Profits are used to provide monetary assistance to those in need in order to offset the crippling costs associated with waging their battle against this horrible disease, such as transportation, meals, and housing expenses related to treatment and loss of income. Her Hope Kentucky exists to solve the growing problem of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, drug addiction, and homelessness in teen and adult women. Her Hope Kentucky provides a safe place for healing, restoration, and life-transforming power for each resident. Part 2.
We are a voluntary, faith-based organization. Though we have rehabilitative elements, we are an intentional discipleship center for the Kingdom. Our goal is to help women permanently stop destructive cycles of abuse caused by past trauma, discover a new purpose for their lives, and experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, healing, and redemption, while learning work ethics and skills to guarantee a foundational future.
Her Hope Kentucky, Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to fight against sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking, and other destructive behaviors. We provide a faith-based program lasting six months to two years, focused on helping women reclaim their identity, restore their lives, and step into freedom.
